Latvia-based business aviation support company FCG Ops is cooperating with General Aviation Service (GAS) to launch a partner network of ground handling stations throughout Spain to accommodate its strong growth in Western Europe. This will enable FCG Ops to offer a full range of ground handling services in the region, from aircraft handling and refuelling to obtaining flight permits and travel services.

“We continue to receive a growing number of requests from our customers for services in locations beyond our ground handling network, and this is no coincidence. Our services are provided under the strict control of our certified specialists across all FCG Ops stations, which guarantees the highest quality,” says CEO Sergey Starkov. “GAS professionals are highly qualified and reliable, and their FBO terminals are equipped to ensure the highest level of service to our customers. In addition, we can offer exclusive fuel prices in Spain. We are looking forward to a fruitful cooperation with GAS and are focused on further development in the region.”

Comprehensive ground handling services are now available at GAS's FBO network in the major airports of Spain, namely Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga, Palma de Mallorca, Valencia, Granada, Girona and Ibiza

“We appreciate our long term cooperation with FCG Ops and its high-class specialists. Moving to a new level of relationship, we can qualitatively render services to its customers through our FBOs in Spain. In circumstances related to the pandemic and other geopolitical situations, we thoroughly monitor the changing international regulations concerning business aviation passengers and do our best to make sure that the trips will take place,” adds commercial director Eugene Shadov.

For more than 20 years the FCG Ops dispatch centre has been providing services to more than 400 airlines each year. Its ground handling network covers more than 40 airports in 28 countries in the Baltics, Scandinavia, the CIS and Eastern Europe. FCG Ops is a part of the Flight Consulting Group holding that also includes FBO Riga, a business aviation centre at Riga International airport, IATA certified 24/7 crew travel agency Jet Travel, FCG Aviation Development and IT platform FCG Atom.
