Geneva Airpark has committed to resuming business aviation services at Geneva airport with its new ‘Daily Optimal’ offer. Throughout the summer, it will offer tailor-made packages to meet all business jets parking needs and maximum health protection.
The airpark's new programme is promoting short and mid-term stays during the summer with exclusive offers adapted to the length of stopover at Geneva. With borders reopened, business trips, lake and mountain tourism is now possible and a Clean & Safe hygiene standard for the hotel industry encourages clients to take advantage of the summer season in Switzerland with confidence.
The Daily Optimal programme includes disinfecting of aircraft interiors on arrival and before take-off with cleaning products specially adapted to all surfaces and objects, even the most fragile; and all members of staff have been specially trained to carry out protection procedures, including distancing, mandatory wearing of masks and gloves and equipment cleaned after each intervention.
GM Sophie Mabire explains: “Having worked in business aviation at Geneva airport for over 10 years, it was essential to offer our clients solutions adapted to resuming post-pandemic activities. In addition to our reorganisation for service continuity during lockdown, we worked with the whole team to implement rigorous health procedures in anticipation of borders being reopened. Our clients must have total confidence as soon as we take charge of their plane, from arrival to departure. We also needed to offer parking solutions to mitigate the consequences of the COVID-19 crisis, and reinitiate a genuine dynamic of gradual recovery.
“With this in mind, we created Daily Optimal, a specific programme for the 2020 summer season that includes health measures and tailor-made parking solutions, with no concessions on the excellence of our usual services. We hope our clients will appreciate it and choose Geneva as their next destination.”
With over 11 years in operation at Geneva Airport and IS-BAH certification, Geneva Airpark offers a full range of services to business aviation. Its 20,000 sqm of facilities, including hangar, tarmac, offices and car park, is directly accessible from the runway, near the airport’s terminal C3.
