Lyon-Bron realises fruits of labour with IS-BAH
In 2018, Vinci Airports launched an internal quality label ‘Vinci Airports Executive Handling’ on its network of five FBOs in the south east of France, paving the way and setting the standard for a recent IS-BAH audit.

After achieving an overall 14 per cent increase in aircraft movements at its five French airports that handle business aviation and 36 per cent growth at Lyon-Bron airport last year, global private airport operator Vinci Airports has now received IS-BAH certification for its FBO at Lyon-Bron airport.

The certificate illustrates Vinci’s commitment to further develop its expertise, in line with the demand and requirements of customers.

Airport director Pierre Marnotte says: “We are very proud of the work carried out by our teams to obtain this certification, which demonstrates our professionalism and investment in satisfying our customers, including the most demanding, and thus reaffirming their confidence.”

IS-BAH certification comes on the heels of the launch last year of an internal quality label ‘Vinci Airports Executive Handling’ for the airport operator's network of five FBOs based at Lyon-Bron, Toulon Hyères, Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc, Grenoble Alpes Isère and Clermont-Ferrand Auvergne airports in the south east of France. Vinci Airports is setting up a common identity based on four shared values: attention to detail, flexibility, discretion and safety with a view to guaranteeing a smooth and high-quality service for every customer.
