Rolland Vincent Associates (RVA), an advisory service specialising in business aviation industry intelligence and based in Plano, Texas, has welcomed business aviation expert Dr Dean Roberts as vice president, strategy, sustainability and development.

Dr Roberts has over four decades of expertise in strategy, industry analysis, market forecasting and analytics, highlighted by his distinguished more than 40 year career at Rolls-Royce. There he played a pivotal role in developing business aviation strategies and market forecasts for the company's engine programmes, including the Rolls-Royce Pearl family. “We are thrilled to have Dean join our team,” says president Rollie Vincent. “It is rare to find someone who has this many diverse skill sets. With a PhD from Cranfield University in the UK, Dean is a published author and recognised expert on barriers to entry in the civil aircraft industry.
