Investors commit capital for Léman Aviation growth
The investors bring capital, expertise and networks that will enable Léman to strengthen its competitive position in each business unit while exploring new markets.
Investment will finance growth in aircraft transactions, rotary operations and Part 145 maintenance.

France-based aviation group Leman Aviation has welcomed a group of private investors led by Jean-Paul Boutibou, vice president aviation advisory - EMEA, Russia and CIS at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. The investors comprise of aviation industry experts and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge that will significantly strengthen Leman Aviation's capabilities and expansion.

Boutibou is based in Dubai and has in-depth knowledge of the Middle East and African markets. The other investors bring expertise of the Asia-Pacific market. All have spent most of their careers in the aerospace sector, including as vice presidents at Bombardier and Airbus.

The move is aimed at financing the Léman's growth through activities carried out by its subsidiaries: aircraft transactions via Leman Aviation, rotary operations by Alpes Helicopteres and Part 145 maintenance provided by Alpes Maintenance. In addition to financial investment, the investors bring expertise in their respective markets and their skills in transactions and airline management.

Vincent Pollet and Nicolas Miras, co-founders of Leman Aviation, comment: "The arrival of this group of investors, led by Jean-Paul Boutibou, in the capital of Leman Aviation validates the strategy we have developed over the last few years.
