Castle & Cooke Aviation has appointed Gregory Wain as general manager of its Van Nuys airport FBO in California. With an illustrious career spanning over three decades in real estate property management, Wain brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.
Wain's journey began in property management in 1984 when he acquired both a real estate licence and a broker's licence. Over the years, he has effectively managed a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties, demonstrating his proficiency in overseeing complex operations and fostering sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Castle & Cooke Aviation, he served for nearly three decades as property manager and general manager for Santa Monica airport's Supermarine FBO, which became Atlantic Aviation in 2005. During his tenure, he managed more than 350,000sq ft of office space and 77 hangars, overseeing iconic establishments such as The Museum of Flying, DC3 Restaurant and American Golf Company headquarters.
