DFS goes digital with TrustFlight ELB
With the elimination of outdated, labour-intensive paper-based processes, DFS is able to increase operational efficiencies, improve safety and outline potential risks ahead of time.
The ELB enables fully-digital workflows for crew and maintenance personnel by automating information.

Dassault Falcon Service (DFS) has selected TrustFlight’s Electronic Logbook (ELB) solution to drive digital process adoption across its fleet of business aircraft to gain real-time insights while eliminating error-prone, time-consuming processes.

DFS has consistently sought ways to improve operations through solutions that enhance both reliability and passenger safety. With the elimination of outdated, labour-intensive paper-based processes, the company is able to increase operational efficiencies, improve safety and outline potential risks ahead of time.

DFS evaluated TrustFlight's ELB for reliability and user experience. It enables the maintenance and flight operations personnel to eliminate transcription errors and manual processes through automation to gain instant overviews into aircraft locations, maintenance statuses and real-time alerts to mitigate potential issues as they arise.

“The selection of our Electronic Logbook solution by Dassault Falcon Service is a testament to the robustness, functionality and integrability of the application,” says TrustFlight CEO Karl Steeves. “The Dassault Aviation group and its affiliates are well regarded for their operational excellence and business acumen, and we are excited to partner with them to help streamline operations through digitisation.”

TrustFlight’s ELB enables fully digital workflows for crew and maintenance personnel by automating vital information to greatly enhance speed and accuracy while reducing low-value-added operations. Furthermore, it integrates into various systems including AMOS, CAMP and Leon Software, allowing users to leverage bidirectional data flows to maintain a connected ecosystem of digital products.
