ChinaExecuJet Haite Aviation Services China has been appointed as a Gulfstream authorised warranty facility. Under the agreement, the company will provide support and cover the G650, G650ER, G550, G600, G500 and G280 aircraft. ExecuJet Haite already provides line and base maintenance as well as regional AOG support on a variety of Gulfstream models from its maintenance facilities at Binhai International airport in Tianjin, China, under its CAAC, FAA, Cayman, Bermuda, Macau and Hong Kong JMM Part 145 approvals.
“We are thrilled about becoming a warranty repair facility for Gulfstream,” says ExecuJet Haite, general manager, Paul Desgrosseilliers. “This opportunity will allow us to provide local Gulfstream operators the convenience and cost-savings of having authorised maintenance services available in Tianjin, China.”
“Delivering exemplary worldwide customer support is a hallmark of the Gulfstream ownership experience and we are pleased to partner with ExecuJet Haite to enhance our authorised service network in Asia-Pacific,” adds Derek Zimmerman, president, Gulfstream customer support.
Gulfstream has added three authorised warranty facilities in China to its worldwide customer support network. Deer Jet in Beijing, Business Aviation Asia Limited in Shenzhen and ExecuJet Haite Aviation Services China in Tianjin are now authorised by the OEM to provide warranty repairs and maintenance services.
These new facilities join Gulfstream customer support's other authorised warranty facilities in the region, including Metrojet Limited in Hong Kong and Shanghai Hawker Pacific in Shanghai. Regional factory authorised service centres include Jet Aviation locations in Hong Kong and Singapore.
“The addition of these authorised warranty facilities increases access to warranty service, maintenance and parts for Gulfstream customers based in and travelling throughout the region,” comments Zimmerman. “Shenzhen, Beijing and Tianjin are strategic business aviation hubs, and we are pleased to offer our customers these new options for service.”
The three new authorised warranty facilities will replace Gulfstream service operations at Beijing Capital airport.
