Jets.com receives Wyvern certification once more
Only two per cent of charter broker companies worldwide have attained Wyvern's Registered Broker status, and fewer still have achieved the esteemed Broker certification, Wyvern's highest and rigorous safety ranking.

Dem Jet Inc. dba Jets.com, one of the USA's leading private aviation firms, has renewed its elite Wyvern Broker certification. The accreditation by Wyvern, a globally-recognised seal of aviation safety, reinforces Jets.com's commitment to exceeding the industry's best practices and maintaining a resilient safety-first culture.

“We are thrilled that Wyvern has renewed our Broker certification,” says Desirae Pellegrino, chief compliance officer of Jets.com. “This accomplishment is another proud moment for Jets.com as we continue to set new benchmarks for excellence and safety.”

Only two per cent of charter broker companies worldwide have attained Wyvern's Registered Broker status, and fewer still have achieved the esteemed Broker certification, Wyvern's highest and most rigorous safety ranking. Jets.com became the first charter broker in the United States to be awarded Wyvern's Broker certification in May 2021 and is the first to renew the accreditation. Today, there are only five Wyvern certification air charter brokers in the USA, further underscoring the significance of this achievement.

Wyvern created the certified air charter broker programme to provide the world's premier charter brokers an opportunity to demonstrate that not only do they comply with all regulatory requirements, but that they have chosen to go above and beyond to include safety and ethics among their core values,” states Andrew Day, senior vice president, operations at Wyvern. “Desirae and the entire Jets.com team are to be commended for their efforts in establishing such high values in an industry that demands transparency,” Day continues.

To renew its Broker certification status with Wyvern, Jets.com underwent a virtual audit that assessed its adherence to rigorous ethical, safety and legal standards. Meticulously vetted by an experienced and internationally accredited aviation safety auditor, Jets.com demonstrated that it observes strict safety policies, processes and procedures while continuously monitoring and enhancing its operations. The certification also highlighted Jets.com's commitment to training its private aviation executives and employees on safety practices and protocols.

The renewal of the Wyvern Broker certification further solidifies Jets.com's position as a global leader in the private aviation industry. Clients can have full confidence in the company's commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards, ensuring peace of mind during their travels.
