MedAire expands its footprint in London
The new desk will assist business and general aviation operators with medical and safety-related issues whilst they are travelling, including on-demand access to experienced medical professionals and security experts.

MedAire, a medical and security partner for the global aviation industry, has expanded its dedicated business and general aviation desk at its London assistance centre in the UK, replicating the existing team in its global response centre in Phoenix, Arizona, allowing MedAire to meet the increased demand across regions and time zones.

Those responsible for taking calls from business and general aviation clients undergo additional training to provide enhanced support to the specialised needs of operators.

MedAire has provided the highest level of medical and security assistance to the aviation industry for over 35 years,” says Bill Dolny, MedAire CEO. “We recognise the unique needs of business aviation operators and are committed to providing dedicated support that meets their specific conditions. Our new business and general aviation desk, with its highly trained team, reflects our commitment to our clients.”

The new desk will assist business and general aviation operators with medical and safety-related issues whilst they are travelling, including on-demand access to experienced aviation medical professionals and security experts who can provide guidance and support in the event of a medical or security issue.

“We understand the challenges these operators are facing when managing risks in remote or unfamiliar locations, complying with regulatory requirements and ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers and crew,” adds Dr Paulo Alves, MedAire's global director of aviation health. “The dedicated team has the knowledge, expertise and resources to provide the support and guidance operators need to navigate these challenges and ensure the safe and successful operation of their flights.”
