Atlanta, Georgia-headquartered HondaJet operator Volato achieved total sales of more than $103 million in 2022, its first full year of operations, representing a 627 per cent increase over its 2021 results. The company launched in the second half of 2021.
Volato attributes its success to its customer-first programmes that include a fractional programme in which owners enjoy both unlimited flight hours and a revenue share; the Stretch jet card that rewards itinerary flexibility; the Insider deposit programme with capped charter rates; its aircraft management division Volato AMS; as well as new charter programmes such as Volato Go! and Broker Rewards.
“I couldn’t be more proud of our team for their hard work and dedication that led to our tremendous growth. It’s because of their passion and commitment that we continue to achieve success,” says CEO and co-founder Matt Liotta. “I want to thank our team for their unwavering effort and for making this journey such a rewarding one.”
Volato not only exceeded its goal of $100 million in sales for 2022, it also increased its workforce from 22 to 176 employees.
“Due to the nature of our business model the majority of these sales are recurring in nature. We look forward to serving our customers for many years to come,” adds CFO Keith Rabin. “We have only been able to grow so rapidly with the support of dedicated team members throughout the company, which enables the high level of service for which Volato is known.”
