Ohio-based on-demand charter company Ultimate Jet (UJ) has launched its future-facing brand and vision. Now under new ownership, the company formerly known as Ultimate Jet Charters has undergone changes to its name, logo, website and aircraft livery.
In May 2022, a new leadership team was brought in, all with a vision of how to modernise the organisation to position it for significant growth over the next five years. President and CEO Stephen West has previously held senior roles with both charter and fractional aviation companies. Executive vice president of sales Scott Miller is another aviation veteran with more than two decades of charter sales success. And EVP of business operations Chris Wank has previously owned and operated two businesses and brings over 14 years of experience in business operations and more than 22 years of experience in sales.
“Our corporate mission is for UJ to strengthen the brand through its continued safety and service excellence, drive growth through strategic partnerships and expand our sales and marketing efforts,” says West.
Miller adds: “I believe Ultimate Jet is well positioned to continue to optimise on charter industry growth opportunities. Customers and industry partners are at the centre of everything we do, and it is exciting to be part of this leadership team.”
UJ has also brought in aviation international operations powerhouse Woxie (Eyota) Lyday as EVP of operations. Lyday’s international experience includes eight years in the UAE and 14 years of domestic industry experience.
West says: “We have set the stage for tremendous growth with an executive team poised for global expansion.”
Ultimate Jet has a fleet of Dornier 328, Embraer 135LR and Citation X jets.
