MRO regional sales manager Sam Perez.

Cutter Aviation has appointed Jay Turoski as client relationship manager based out of Phoenix, Arizona and Sam Perez as MRO regional sales manager based out of Denver, Colorado.

Turoski will manage client accounts, on a personal and technical level, to ensure a positive client experience throughout their aircraft ownership, while Perez is responsible for recommending and selling aircraft maintenance, avionics solutions and upgrades to potential and existing customers within the southwest US territory.

Turoski, a private pilot, graduated from The University of Arizona, Eller College of Management with an accounting degree in 2019. He is currently a student at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University working towards his MBA in aviation with a specialisation in airport management. He has over 12 years of military service, starting in the US Navy where he served four years stationed on the USS Abraham Lincoln. He currently serves in the Arizona Air National Guard with the 161st Air Refueling wing in Phoenix where he works in maintenance as an aircraft metals technician welding and machining parts for the KC-135 and its support equipment. Cutter is excited to have Jay join the team. Combining a strong love of aviation with his business/sales/maintenance background, he possesses the skills to provide outstanding service experience to owners with their aircraft maintenance needs.

Prior to joining Cutter in 2022, Perez worked for a TBM service centre in Colorado as an AOG specialist. He has an A&P licence from Idaho State University College of Technology and an inspector authorisation certification.
