Embraer approves Jet East maintenance scope
Embraer aircraft owners in the northeast region of the U.S. now have many more maintenance providers vying for their business. One of these, Jet East, has stepped up from Phenoms to also cover Legacy and Praetor.
Jet East Aviation can now maintain the Praetor 600.

Embraer is expanding its service network providers in the northeast region of the U.S. Another service provider in this region to be authorised for additional aircraft maintenance capabilities is Jet East Aviation, LLC, located at Trenton-Mercer Airport in Trenton, New Jersey. The service centre is adding the Legacy 450, Legacy 500, Praetor 500 and Praetor 600 aircraft maintenance to its current Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 capabilities.

“With the growing fleet of Embraer business jets in the U.S., we are reinforcing our services network to better serve our customers in the region. All three facilities will offer great options to these customers for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, component and part exchange, and inspections at varying levels of complexity,” says Frank Stevens, vice president, global MRO centres, Embraer Services & Support.

Previously announced additonal service providers in the region were Hawthorne Global Aviation Services and Pro Star.

Hawthorne Global, located at Long Island MacArthur Airport in Long Island, New York, now has the ability to increase aircraft maintenance capabilities to include the Phenom 100, Phenom 300, Legacy 450 and Legacy 500, and the Praetor 500 and Praetor 600. This expands on its current maintenance capabilities, which serve the Legacy 600 and Legacy 650.

Pro Star Aviation, LLC, located at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport in Manchester, New Hampshire, has been authorised for services for the Phenom 100 and Phenom 300, the Legacy 450 and Legacy 500, Legacy 600 and Legacy 650, and Praetor 500 and Praetor 600.

Embraer also maintains its services with other partners in the region, such as Constant Aviation, located at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport in Cleveland, Ohio, and Stevens Aerospace and Defense Systems located at South Carolina Technology & Aviation Center in Greenville, South Carolina.
