Four promoted West Star team members to put a shift in
West Star East Alton GM Scott Sweeney is always delighted to promote staff from within. Kevin Rowe, Chad Head, Ken Schnurbusch and Noah Vogt have earned their stripes and all move up the career ladder.

US business aviation MRO West Star Aviation has promoted four technicians to lead positions in the Falcon, Citation and avionics departments at its St Louis Regional airport facility in East Alton, Illinois: Kevin Rowe lead aircraft maintenance, Falcon; Chad Head, lead sheetmetal technician, Falcon; Ken Schnurbusch, lead avionics maintenance; and Noah Vogt, lead aircraft maintenance, Citation.

Kevin Rowe has been promoted to lead aircraft maintenance technician on the first shift. He has been in the Falcon department for one year. Prior to joining West Star, he worked at Dassault for 12 years.

Chad Head has been promoted to lead sheetmetal technician on the first shift. He has been with West Star for seven years, starting in 2014 as a Falcon sheetmetal technician.

Ken Schnurbusch has been promoted to lead avionics maintenance technician on the first shift. He has been with West Star Aviation for 10 years, working for at the company's Chattanooga facility and its mobile repair team before transferring to ALN in 2018.

Noah Vogt has been promoted to lead aircraft maintenance technician on the weekend shift. He has been with West Star Aviation for nine years, starting in 2012 as a Citation aircraft maintenance technician.

“We are delighted every time we are able to promote from within the West Star family, offering these lead positions to four employees all at once is amazing. Congratulations to each of them on their hard work and obtaining this well-deserved achievement,” says ALN GM Scott Sweeney.
