Camren and Decker to hit the ground running at West Star
Jeremy Camren has over 17 years of aviation experience and previously worked at Gulfstream and Jet Aviation in the avionics departments, while Decker has over 30 years of experience, including 15 at Jet Aviation.

West Star has promoted Jeremy Camren to Gulfstream Avionics Supervisor at its East Alton facility. Camren has over 17 years of aviation experience and previously worked at Gulfstream and Jet Aviation in the avionics departments. He also spent seven years in the US Army and has his A&P licence.

“Jeremy brings several years of avionics experience to West Star and will be a valuable asset to the team as a supervisor,” says avionics programme manager Rusty Gardner.

“I appreciate the opportunity to grow within a company like West Star while applying my avionics knowledge and supporting the team here,” adds Camren.

The company has also added Brian Decker as the new Citation project manager at the East Alton facility. Decker has over 30 years of aviation experience, 15 of those at Jet Aviation along with Windwalker, Solarius, Cessna and Dallas Airmotive. He received his A&P licence from Lewis University.

“Brian will be a great addition to the team with his long history in aviation, maintenance background and passion to learn even more,” comments senior manager Scott Koehler.

“I was a long-time customer of West Star's and I'm excited to provide the same great customer services that I received, while continuing to build rewarding business relationships,” adds Decker

West Star has been voted in first place as Preferred MRO for eight consecutive years from 2014-2021 in Professional Pilot Magazine's annual PRASE Survey.
