Jet Access Aviation, which specialises in executive charter, aircraft management, sales and acquisition and is headquartered in Palm Beach, Florida, has appointed Desiree Ward as president. Ward brings more than 20 years of experience in executive management roles in global operations at leading aviation firms, including NetJets and Starbase Aviation. She is a seasoned leader with a proven record of taking aviation companies to the next level by accelerating their sales and revenue growth. “We welcome her expertise and are excited for her to join the team through our next level of aggressive growth,” says founder Jack E. Lambert, chairman of Jet Access Aviation's board of directors.
“I could not be more grateful to accept the position of president of this well-established and well-loved organisation that consists of an extremely talented team and has a long history of dedicated team members,” says Ward. “My goal in leading this organisation is to build on the achievements of the past 15 years. Jet Access will not only maintain its high level of standards but will continue to expand throughout the country.”
Jack E. Lambert Jr. has played a major role in shaping the company's success. He led the company through a strategic merger and integration with Aero Management Group and has guided the company to managing over 40 aircraft.
He states: “I've had the privilege of founding and leading Jet Access for 15 years, which has been extremely rewarding both professionally and personally. I'm incredibly proud of the company we have built and what we've accomplished over the years. I believe we are well set up for the next decade of growth with a very exciting future. The board and I are confident that Desiree is the right person to build on Jet Access' momentum. She's an experienced leader with extensive experience in our market and a proven track record of taking customer-centric companies to the next level.”
While Lambert's chapter as Jet Access Aviation's president winds down, he is not leaving the team. He will remain a board member, in addition to being CEO for Jet Access Aviation. “I know we are just getting started and that we're on our way to our next stage of growth, becoming an even more significant player in the aviation industry,” he concludes.
