U.K.StandardAero was recently recognised by Rolls-Royce during its annual FIRST (Fully Integrated Rolls-Royce Support Team) Network Recognition event with the 2021 Trusted to Deliver Excellence award. The awards programme recognises significant achievements of authorised maintenance service centres that provide MRO services for M250 helicopter engines operated by thousands of customers worldwide.
StandardAero was one of only four companies recognised this year, and this is the 12th consecutive year the company has received a Rolls-Royce FIRST Network award. This was also the first time that the awards programme was held virtually, following the cancellation of this year's HAI Heli-Expo.
The 2021 Trusted to Deliver Excellence award represents a facility identified for consistently delivering on promises, that is trusted to perform in accordance with “promises made, promises kept,” that continually goes out of its way to ensure its performance matches its commitments while being counted on to deliver a quality product.
“At StandardAero, we all try to live by the essence of this award's criteria and always delivering the best quality services while always doing what we say we are going to do,” says Brian Hughes, VP of sales and marketing for StandardAero helicopters business unit. “Our entire helicopter engine MRO team is honoured and proud to receive this award, and we look forward to our continued trusted partnership with Rolls-Royce.”
Rolls-Royce director of helicopter services Scott Cunningham adds: “We are proud to recognise StandardAero as the Trusted to Deliver Excellence award winner. StandardAero continues to demonstrate the behaviours of a promises made, promises kept culture. This was highlighted in 2020 by its support of customer repairs and further demonstrated through a successful modernisation of its facility; all accomplished without customer disruption or performance degradation.”
As a Rolls-Royce authorised maintenance, repair and overhaul centre (AMROC) with over 50 years of experience, StandardAero offers complete M250 engine and accessory MRO services for operators around the world, completed by highly experienced technicians that have consistently raised the standard for quality workmanship and excellence in customer service within the industry.
The FIRST Network includes more than 30 approved, licensed service centres around the world. With its competitive structure, operators can find affordable and reliable services anywhere for Rolls-Royce M250 engines and related components.
