Elliott to equip Challenger 604s with Pro Line Fusion
The Collins Pro Line Fusion upgrade for the Challenger 604 replaces the existing Pro Line 4 avionics system with the latest touchscreen display technology. Elliott joins Duncan in being authorised to perform installations.

Elliott Aviation, a US avionics retrofitter for turbine aircraft and Part 145 repair station for Challenger 604 aircraft, is now authorised to install the Collins Aerospace Pro Line Fusion in Challenger 604s. Elliott has completed over 400 full cockpit avionics retrofits in turbine aircraft and is a leading installer of Pro Line 21 modernisation.

The Collins Pro Line Fusion upgrade for the Challenger 604 replaces the existing Pro Line 4 avionics system with the latest touchscreen display technology. The three 14.1-inch touch screen Pro Line Fusion displays replace the existing CRT displays giving the pilots a completely new interface with superior situational awareness over the existing system. With standard features including synthetic vision, LPV/RNP approaches, and greatly improved FMS interaction and functionality. Some of the available optional upgrades include MultiScan weather radar, CPDLC and FANS 1A.

“We're really excited about the Pro Line Fusion programme for the Challenger 604,” says Bill Forbes, avionics sales manager for Elliott Aviation. “Challenger 604 customers can leverage our avionics experience and have an excellent solution to the upcoming obsolescence of the Pro Line 4 system.”

In addition to its avionics retrofit experience, Elliott Aviation has delivered multiple paint and interior projects and completed major inspections on the Challenger 604 airframe.

Duncan Aviation has also recently been authorised to install Pro Line Fusion in CL604s.
