Modesto Jet Center, the sole FBO on the Modesto City-County airport-Harry Sham Field in California, has received a Gold rating from the Aviation Research Group US (ARGUS) CHEQ System for its charter operations. ARGUS is an industry leader in safety, operational and qualification data for aircraft in the United States. The Gold rating is awarded to FAR Part 135 aircraft charter operators who, as a result of an on-site safety audit, are found to have good, well-documented policies and procedures, good management structure and performance, and can show that these procedures are followed in practices conducive to safe operations.
“We are very pleased to have earned this prestigious rating,” says Scott Siemiller, chief pilot for Modesto Jet. “Our dedication to providing the maximum level of safety within our charter operation continues and this new rating symbolises the superior level of safety we've been able to achieve.” The company's growing and active charter fleet includes a Nextant Beechjet, a King Air 200, a King Air F90 and four Pilatus PC-12s.
