A whole New World for network builder AVIAA
New World Aviation has been taken under the wing of AVIAA, which will expand the availability of maintenance options to AVIAA members while complementing the avionics and interior capabilities of Brunswick Aviation.
AVIAA is no stranger to handling heavy metal.

Group purchasing organisation AVIAA has announced the broadening of maintenance services available to its members through a new strategic partnership with New World Aviation based in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Located at the Lehigh Valley International airport just outside of the busy New York City/Teterboro/Philadelphia corridor, established in 1998 and privately owned, New World provides charter, maintenance and management services in the northeast US. An FAA Part 145 certified repair station, its MRO expertise focuses on Gulfstream, Bombardier Challenger and Learjet, Dassault Falcon and Hawker business jet models.

“Bringing New World Aviation into our airframe services network not only expands the availability of maintenance options to our members, but also complements the avionics and interior capabilities of Brunswick Aviation, another AVIAA partner at the same airport,” says Matthew Smith, AVIAA chief client and commercial officer. “We are always looking to deliver differentiating value through economies of scale and impeccable quality to our members, and this is just another example of matching the best service providers to the needs of our members.”

New World director of maintenance Matt Stothoff adds: “As a leading Part 145 repair station, we welcome the opportunity to deliver our value proposition and solid safety record to AVIAA members through an aggressive rate structure. Coupling AVIAA's approach to providing member support and promoting the overall value of our maintenance offerings with Brunswick Aviation's avionics and interior capabilities, we will now offer AVIAA members a comprehensive, one-stop service.”

AVIAA's global network of MRO partners also includes ACC Columbia Jet Service in Germany, Volare Aviation in the UK and Constant Aviation in the USA. The relationship with Constant was recently expanded to include mobile AOG services to assist its members across the US.

Scott White has been named VP of supplier relations to further extend partnership relations. White brings more than 10 years of experience as a director of global sales at Universal Weather and Aviation. “Scott's expertise in executing growth objectives and delivering overall value to numerous global companies accelerates our mission to provide our members with the resources, tools and supplier relationships that define a best-in-class procurement strategy,” Smith confirms.
