West Star makes a director of Schandl
After nearly a half century spent in the aviation industry, Gary Schandl is now in charge of quality assurance at West Star Aviation.
Industry veteran Gary Schandl brings experience and passion for aviation quality to West Star.

Gary Schandl has been appointed director of quality assurance for all West Star facilities. Schandl has more than 45 years of aviation experience, the majority being in quality, while previously holding positions at Midcoast/Jet Aviation. He holds his A&P licence, Inspector Authorisations licence and has served 25 years as an FAA Designee Designated Airworthiness Representative. He also supports the aviation community by serving on several advisory boards.
