Six-seater Learjet added to Presidential fleet
The communities of Palm Beach and Miami-Dade can now take advantage of Presidential Aviation's latest fleet addition. The Learjet 40 is based at Fort Lauderdale Executive airport in south Florida.
Presidential Aviation has a new Learjet 40 for management and charter.

Florida-based aircraft charter, management, sales and maintenance company Presidential Aviation has added a Learjet 40 to its managed fleet of aircraft. It will also be offered for charter flights.

The Learjet 40 has a range of 1,600 nm with a speed of over 465 miles per hour. The aircraft will be based at the Fort Lauderdale Executive airport, strategically located to cater to the Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties in south Florida.

Painted in Matterhorn white with royal blue stripes, this mid-sized jet offers seating for six passengers. The aircraft features beige leather chairs in club seating with pull-out dining tables for four forward and two aft passengers, with Gogo L3 Avance wi-fi, forward and aft bulkhead screens for Airshow 400 and 115-volt outlets for charging.

The interior features new leather seats, a forward refreshment centre and pull-down window shades for cabin privacy. A fully-enclosed lavatory equipped with a belted leather seat and sink is located in the aft cabin. It also houses an external baggage compartment for luggage.

The cockpit avionics package comprises a Primus 1000 IFCS/Primus II integrated flight computer system, Honeywell AZ-850 air data computers, and a Honeywell four-tube EFIS. For safety, the aircraft is equipped with a TCAS II Collision Avoidance System, a TAWS Terrain Awareness Warning System, a Honeywell Primus 660 colour Weather Radar System, a Honeywell Primus autopilot, and a Honeywell Mark V Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System. The aircraft is also equipped with the FANS ADSB-out upgrade.

For aircraft management customers, Presidential Aviation offers pilot and flight crew training, crew management and scheduling, aircraft maintenance and record-keeping. The company employs factory-trained maintenance technicians and holds a 14 CFR Part 145 certified repair station certificate (9PVR416M), with a limited airframe rating on Gulfstream IV, Dassault Falcon 50, Dassault Falcon 50EX and Dassault Falcon 2000EX aircraft.

The company is ARGUS Gold Rated, a Wyvern Wingman Operator, IS-BAO Stage 1 registered and an NATA member.
