New Flight Charters approved for BACA membership
There were no black balls for US brokerage New Flight Charters, which has joined BACA following its successful audit and acceptance by the full membership.

Wyoming-based New Flight Charters has been approved for membership to BACA - The Air Charter Association, the worldwide air charter association headquartered in London, UK. With BACA approval New Flight Charters becomes one of only five US air charter companies who are approved members.

BACA membership is not easily obtained; charter companies must provide letters of support from nominated proposer and seconder members, meet certain prerequisites such as length of time in business, undergo a BACA audit and finally be put to the full membership for approval.

According to BACA, its objectives are to promote the highest standards of professionalism and ethics within the air charter broker sector. Members are required to maintain these standards of conduct and to promote integrity and ethical business practices so that members can deal with each other, and clients can deal with members, with confidence.

BACA membership follows New Flight Charters' recent receipt of an ARGUS Registered Broker rating, which makes it one of just 22 out of an estimated 380 companies in the US to be so rated. It is also BBB-accredited and rated A+, a Wyvern Broker, D&B Credibility Gold rated, FlightList PRO-verified, an ACSF, NATA and NBAA member, named within the Inc 5000 Honour Role as a four-time honouree and a registered US Government contractor.
