The Wyvern Wingman certification is awarded to operators who strive to achieve proactive risk management and advanced safety practices. The Wingman standard is a collection of aviation's best practices and is considered one of the highest audit standards in business aviation for safety. Each Wingman-certified operator undergoes an initial audit followed by a recurring audit every 24 months to ensure compliance. The Wingman certification evaluation includes a review of the company's operational history, safety records, SMS, IEP, technical documentation, administrative records, pilot and aircraft records, training requirements and maintenance operations.
