Vienna-based FBO company Magnum Business Aviation Handling is to offer supervisory handling services throughout Austria.

Its FBO offers full facilities and is located on the first floor of the GAT, accommodating its clientele with comfortable passenger and crew lounges that overlook the apron. The handling services have gained popularity since the company was founded in 2012, serving a diverse range of aircraft up to BBJ or ACJ size. By the end of 2014 it will be able to provide supervisory services in airports such as Innsbruck, Salzburg, Graz, Klagenfurt and Linz.

“In the past, we occasionally organised handling arrangements in regional airports for our customers, who benefited from completing preparations and formalities faster and headache free. It made us realise that supervisory handling had real potential,” comments ceo Florian Samsinger.

Since its foundation, Magnum has been involved with over 4,000 movements. “We have developed unique processes for every task, whether it is simple correspondence, acquiring landing permission or organising catering,” adds Samsinger.

“It gives our clients the ability to concentrate on other important problems, while we take care of handling issues.”
