Saudi medevac department commits to AW139
The aeromedical evacuation department of the Ministry of Defence in Saudi Arabia has signed a contract for a fleet of AW139 twin engine helicopters, with deliveries starting in 2013 and being completed in early 2014.

The aeromedical evacuation department of the Ministry of Defence in Saudi Arabia has signed a contract for a fleet of AW139 twin engine helicopters, with deliveries starting in 2013 and being completed in early 2014.

It is the first order for the type to be placed by the Saudi Ministry of Defence, although the AW139 is already in service with other operators in the country.
