Rise Helicopters has bought Helicopter Maintenance Ltd in a move that will provide a one stop U.K. location and contact point for all helicopter matters, according to Rise md Mark Young. He adds: "There are very few heli-copter companies that can offer pilot training, sales, hangar facilities and maintenance, all in-house."

The charter fleet, which will rise to ten in number next February, includes three JetRangers. "We focus on private and business charter, weddings and leisure flights. Business is going from strength to strength. We now have a growing number of students who are actively working towards their ppl(h). Charters are also on the up," Young adds.
