Moscow Sky is extending the range of three of its vip-configured Fokker 100s by installing auxiliary fuel tank systems. Fokker Services says the AFTS will boost the range of the Fokker 100s to 5,000 km through the installation of four extra fuel tanks in each aircraft. EASA certification and delivery of the first AFTS-equipped Fokker 100 is planned for June 2007. The range extension will enable Moscow Sky to serve destinations including Malaga and Dubai non-stop from Moscow. One-stop flights to the U.S. can also be accommodated.
