Caernarfon Airworld is putting a Cessna 421C into service as it responds to increasing demand for charter from businessmen in Wales. Roy Steptoe, md, said: "The aircraft is quiet, can carry up to seven which is ample for our charter demand which tends to average two or three passengers, and it provides passenger comfort."
The Cessna 421C joins the existing Piper Seneca II and Piper Navajo Chieftain. Caernarfon Airworld, which is also an airport and an airport museum, has charter demand for business trips to destinations including Cardiff, Dublin and the Channel Islands. "Businessmen particularly like to use air charter for journeys between north and south Wales as road trips are time-consuming," Steptoe said.
