Royal Jet's ceo and president, Christopher Crum, recently presented to representatives from the Middle East chapter of the Project Management Institute's (PMI) 1,800 members. Crum gave a one hour presentation on challenges of international management around the world.

"We live in a cosmopolitan global village, and in no industry is this more apparent than in air transport," he told the PMI. "Communication is critically important for bridging cultural differences and is the first, last and middle step to an effective multinational management strategy."

Launched in 2003, Abu Dhabi-based Royal Jet is owned by the UAE Government and operates a growing fleet of Boeing Business Jet, Gulfstream 300, Challenger 300 and Agusta Bell AB139 aircraft.
