UK firm stocks up on BN2 spares
Wessex Aerospace has purchased the entire inventory of Britten-Norman Islander and Trislander spare parts from Florida-based Jonas Aircraft & Arms, the Western hemisphere distributor of BN2 aircraft and spare parts.

Wessex Aerospace has purchased the entire inventory of Britten-Norman Islander and Trislander spare parts from Florida-based Jonas Aircraft & Arms, the Western hemisphere distributor of BN2 aircraft and spare parts.

The company has already purchased the stocks of the former Islander factory, located in Manila, as well as those of the former Middle East and South East Asia distributors.

Said a spokesman: "The multi-million dollar inventories of Wessex Aerospace make us the undisputed market leader in worldwide support for the remaining 750 or so Britten-Norman BN2 aircraft operated around the globe."
