Specialist Aviation Services Group (SAS) has announced the resignation of managing director Jeremy Awenat, effective February 1. Finance manager Jim Webster has been promoted to deputy managing director and finance director. Henk Schaeken, former ceo of MD Helicopters, has been appointed interim md.
