PZL Swidnik is now investigating the potential growth version of the SW-4 and powering of the new variant with the 650 shp Model 250-C30.

The Polish Air Force has already ordered 30 aircraft for training purposes. Several export customers have also expressed an interest, the company said.

Rolls Royce has also secured qualification for its Turbomeca RTM322 turboshaft engine, which complies with stringent military requirements of the NH Industries NH90 twin-engine multi-role helicopter.
