Aberdeen's 'pay-per-use' executive lounge proves popular
More than 1,400 business travellers have visited the new executive lounge at Aberdeen airport within two weeks of opening. The lounge, which features reading areas, a bar, work rooms and internet access, is a partnership between BAA Aberdeen and Servisair/GlobeGround.

More than 1,400 business travellers have visited the new executive lounge at Aberdeen airport within two weeks of opening. The lounge, which features reading areas, a bar, work rooms and internet access, is a partnership between BAA Aberdeen and Servisair/GlobeGround.

Aberdeen Airport md Andy Flower said of the £300,000 facility: “We are committed to making everyone’s visits to the airport as comfortable, pleasant and efficient as possible, and this new executive lounge is our latest innovation towards achieving this.”

Darren Harding, Servisair /GlobeGround’s director of UK sales, added: “Today’s travellers expect flexibility and choice in all aspects of their journey, including the option to use executive lounges on a pay–per-use basis.”
