Avemex renews IAS certification
Aircraft owners and passengers can trust that when they fly with Avemex, they are flying with an operator that goes above and beyond industry minima.

Mexico-based Avemex SA de CV has successfully renewed its Industry Audit Standard (IAS) registration, solidifying its commitment to the highest level of safety in aviation. As an international operator, Avemex continues to exceed the safety requirements set for Part 135 and Part 91 aircraft operators by adhering to the most comprehensive aviation audit available in the industry.

The ACSF’s IAS is recognised for its all-encompassing approach, assessing safety management systems, regulatory compliance and best practices. For operators like Avemex, this audit goes well beyond the standard expectations, helping them maintain a culture of safety and excellence.

The ACSF IAS is the first and only extensive audit programme specifically created for on demand operators by a committee of air charter and private aviation industry leaders. It is conducted every 24 months and is in-depth in its evaluation of regulatory compliance and the operator's safety management system, against both FAA and international standards.

When aircraft owners or passengers see the ACSF audit-registered seal, they can trust they are choosing an operator committed to safety, with highly qualified crews and an organisational culture that prioritises continuous safety improvement.

Avemax CEO Ing Manuel Girault Ortiz de Montellano says: “As an international operator, safety is our highest priority. The renewal of our IAS certification is a testament to our dedication to maintaining unparalleled safety levels. The IAS audit process helps us constantly refine our operations, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed international standards. Our customers have the full trust and confidence in the safety of our operations.”

Bryan Burns, president and CEO of ACSF, adds: “The ACSF Industry audit gives aircraft owners and passengers the peace of mind of an operator working in a culture of safety and accountability. Avemex has consistently demonstrated its unwavering commitment to safety, and its renewal of the IAS registration is a testament to that dedication. Aircraft owners and passengers can trust that when they fly with Avemex, they are flying with an operator that goes above and beyond industry minimums.”
