Ferguson joins Salus to lead sales and business development in the Americas
Salus Aviation looks forward to the impact Brandy Ferguson will make in her new role and the continued growth and success of the organisation.

Brandy Ferguson is appointed to the position of vice president, sales and business development, Americas at Salus Aviation USA.

A veteran of the US Army and a seasoned rotorcraft avionics technician, Ferguson brings a robust background to this newly established position. Her career encompasses extensive experience in business development, sales and operations within the aviation industry. Her previous roles include global strategic account manager for the Americas and MENA regions, as well as business development manager for Aeromax Industries’ manufacturing divisions. Ferguson’s expertise in acquisitions, fleet management solutions and global business development, complemented by her experience in MRO operations, sales and procurement, positions her as a valuable asset to Salus Aviation.

Executive general manager Rafael Graham says: “Brandy joins Salus Aviation at a pivotal moment as we enter a new phase of growth. Her primary responsibilities will include securing new business, building relationships with operators in Nevada, enhancing our presence in the EMS sector through fleet disposal contracts and managing our component and engine sales. We are confident that her extensive experience and strategic vision will significantly contribute to our expansion efforts and strengthen our customer relationships across the United States and Canada.”
