CHC Helikopter Service, the Norwegian division of CHC Helicopter Group, has signed a new contract with Norwegian oil and gas operator DNO to support its operations in the North Sea. CHC and DNO have a history of collaboration that dates back several years.
Under this contract, CHC Helikopter Service will provide crew change and transportation services for two key rigs: the Noble Invincible and the Deepsea Yantai. Operations for the Noble Invincible, located at the Falstaff wells under Licence No. PL1086, are set to commence at the end of August 2024. The Deepsea Yantai, operating at the Kjøttkake wells under Licence No. PL1182S, will begin operations in December 2024/January 2025. These critical missions will be supported by CHC's Sikorsky S-92 aircraft, known for its exceptional performance and safety record in offshore missions.
