Spring City Aviation has achieved acceptance of its safety management system under FAA Part 5 regulations, obtaining this critical recognition by submitting a Declaration of Compliance Statement. It is one of the first in the industry to be accepted through the Declaration of Compliance Statement.
The full-service FAA certified Part 135 air carrier with a fleet of King Air and Citation aircraft, providing aircraft management and charter services, aircraft sales, maintenance and FBO services, and flight training from its bases in Wisconsin.
The FAA Part 5 SMS framework provides a systematic approach to managing safety, including the necessary organisational structures, accountabilities, policies and procedures. By fulfilling these rigorous requirements, Spring City Aviation has positioned itself at the forefront of aviation safety standards.
