Dassault Aviation Business Services (DABS) has selected TrustFlight’s Centrik 5 software to streamline its safety (SMS) and quality (QMS) management system for real-time operational management across its base and line stations.

DABS will leverage Centrik’s Safety, Compliance (Quality), Risk, Training, Workflows and Regulations modules to oversee its growing MRO business to ensure increased safety, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance within its increasingly complex organisation. With the Regulations and Workflows modules, DABS personnel will receive real-time notifications when changes to regulations occur and can automatically assign actions or tasks as needed.

When evaluating solutions, DABS was truly impressed by TrustFlight’s robust yet flexible architecture. One of the most novel functionalities of Centrik 5 is to receive real-time notifications anytime a regulation has been amended, ensuring that teams can proactively maintain stringent safety and compliance across their wide network of facilities across the world.

Dassault Aviation Business Services has consistently sought ways to improve operations through innovative solutions that enhance both reliability and passenger safety. With the elimination of outdated, labour-intensive paper-based processes through Centrik 5, DABS is able to increase operational efficiencies, improve safety and outline potential risks ahead of time.

TrustFlight’s Centrik is an industry-leader in safety, quality and risk management,” says CEO Karl Steeves. “Centrik is used in nearly every sector of aviation, and we’re proud to share that a leading entity like the Dassault Aviation group of companies has recognised the value that our system brings.”
