Guillaume Launay, Eriks Ziverts, Augustin Annecca, Raphael Heydemann and Pierre Guillet have moved into management positions at the Geneva brokerage, which has renewed its ARGUS certification once again.
LunaJets legal counsel Kabir Sehmi with ARGUS vice president, business aviation Ed Wandall and LunaJets CEO and founder Eymeric Segard.

LunaJets has nominated a number of directors to group-level responsibilities with a view to further growing and gaining market share. "I am pleased to introduce the talented individuals in our group management team," says CEO and founder Eymeric Segard.

Guillaume Launay has been promoted to group managing director where he will oversee all global operations from the Geneva headquarters. Launay joined the company eight years ago as a junior sales executive after graduating from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne. His dedication, professionalism and relentless drive have enabled him to rise through the ranks and achieve this significant internal success.

Eriks Ziverts will take on the role of global head of sales, covering eight offices worldwide in addition to his duties as managing director of the Riga office in Latvia. Ziverts started at LunaJets six years ago as an intern after graduating from Coventry University with a degree in aviation management. His dynamic approach and market expertise allowed him to steadily advance through the ranks.

Augustin Annecca is now head of operator relations with private jet and group charter operators, while continuing as managing director of LunaJets France. In just three years, after graduating from Les Roches Global Hospitality University, Annecca's passion for aviation has propelled him into strategic roles that demand comprehensive knowledge and mastery of all aspects.

Raphael Heydemann has been appointed head of special operations. With six years of dedicated service, exceptional crisis management skills and extensive industry knowledge, Geneva-based Heydemann will oversee complex flight projects such as trans-continental, domestic Africa, South America and Middle East operations, and war zone flights and evacuations (Libya, Kabul, Tel Aviv, etc). He joined LunaJets in 2018 after graduating from Les Roches Global Hospitality University.

Pierre Guillet has been appointed head of business development in the Paris office. With two years of experience managing key aspects of the group’s growth strategy, Guillet will now focus on customer retention and lead activation. He started his career in the concierge industry in Paris and Cape Town after graduating from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne.

LunaJets has also renewed its ARGUS certification for the fifth time since 2015, when it became the first and only European charter broker to hold Argus certification outside of the US.

"Receiving the fifth ARGUS certification is a significant milestone for LunaJets," adds Segard. "This certification is a testament to the team's dedication and the trust clients place in them. It reflects their commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and transparency."

ARGUS International provides the aviation marketplace with essential data and information to make informed decisions and manage risks. Its Certified Broker ratings programme is a rigorous, unbiased assessment, ensuring only the finest charter brokers qualify.

Kabir Sehmi, LunaJets' general counsel, explains: "The company's procedures, operator ratings and code of ethics meet the strictest industry standards, and its compliance with Swiss financial reporting laws ensures transparency and reliability." Additionally, its marketing and communication are truthful, protecting clients' interests at all times.

LunaJets prides itself on its extensive in-house employee training programme, ensuring that every team member possesses in-depth industry knowledge. Its operational procedures, from booking to post-flight follow-up, are meticulously designed to meet ARGUS' stringent requirements, guaranteeing the highest level of service.

"Achieving this milestone for the fifth time is a significant accomplishment for LunaJets. Its dedication to providing secure, comfortable and legal air travel is exemplary, setting a benchmark in the private aviation industry," adds Launay.

The company extends its heartfelt thanks to ARGUS for its role in regulating the industry. It also expresses gratitude to its dedicated team and loyal clients who make this continuous achievement possible.
