Adsoftware to tailor Rotortrade data
Rotortrade has chosen Adsoftware solutions to enhance and streamline its operations across Europe through the provision of meticulous and detailed aircraft data.
Adsoftware head of sales and marketing Ines Gur with Rotortrade founder and CEO Philippe Lubrano and head of region - Europe and managing director Gérard Pau.

Rotortrade has chosen Adsoftware solutions to enhance and streamline its operations across Europe, with a specific focus on its new maintenance centre in Tallard, France.

Since its establishment over 11 years ago, Rotortrade has become a trusted helicopter distributor, the first to develop OEM-certified pre-owned helicopter and turbine sales, and supports operators across every aspect of their helicopter transactions.

The collaboration with Adsoftware gives Rotortrade the capability to provide its customers with data excellence; helicopter owners will benefit from a clean and comprehensive pack of data upon receiving an aircraft.

Rotortrade has commissioned a tailored selection of modules:

- AirTime module: A robust solution for airworthiness management, ensuring compliance and safety. It will ease CAMO missions, specifically in organising maintenance operations.

- AirStock module: Optimising logistics operations to enhance supply chain efficiency, minimising downtime and maximising performance, AirStock is a powerful software for supply chain management. One of its added value benefits for Rotortrade is the adaptability to multi-stores activities.

- eWork module: Adsoftware empowers Rotortrade's Part 145 maintenance operations with this comprehensive, user-friendly platform for streamlined workflows. eWork is one of the latest aviation-dedicated software innovations in the industry.

- easyData module: The autonomous integration module chosen for seamless aircraft integration into the system.

In addition to these four modules, Adsoftware offers a comprehensive and adaptable end-to-end ERP (enterprise resource planning) solution. The specifications and adaptability of the technologies embedded in Adsoftware solutions make them a real value-added asset specifically for helicopter operators.

For example, cycle counts are unlimited and customisable. This allows for the addition of as many specific cycles as desired, from traditional main engine cycles to winch cycles. This could have a significant impact on H175 or H160 owners, providing them with more detailed tracking of their aircraft and precise management of their maintenance and airworthiness operations.

Similarly, the ability to manage operational penalties in an adaptive manner, or to incorporate a Kardex model, makes the Adsoftware suite an efficient ERP to support specific helicopters and their associated operations.

"Together, we aim to set new industry standards and contribute to the success of Rotortrade's operations," says Adsoftware CEO Frédéric Ulrich. "Indeed, it is also thanks to the expertise of our customers that Adsoftware has been able to adapt its solutions to meet the specific needs of helicopters over the last 26 years. Observing Rotortrade's capabilities and evolution in helicopter industry thus far instills confidence in us for the future of our collaboration."
