International Flight Center offers pre-leasing for Miami hangarage
Located on the southwest side of Miami Executive airport, IFC lands travellers adjacent to the field's US Customs office and just 15 miles from downtown. Construction of a hangar complex is now underway.
IFC's hangar complex is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2024.

International Flight Center (IFC), an FBO at Miami Executive airport in Florida, is poised to offer aviators a new home base now that construction of its 84,000sq ft hangar complex is well under way. Current and prospective customers can prelease their space at Miami's premier gateway.

Slated for completion in the first quarter of 2024, IFC's hangar complex is designed with one factor in mind: the needs of its clients. The beautiful facilities offer flexible short and long-term leases with 24/7 surveillance and service. At 28,000sq ft each with 28ft doors, the hangars will have space to house aircraft up to a Global 7000 and will be equipped with no-foam fire suppression and perfectly-spaced 480V outlets.

Those looking to house business on the airfield can benefit from the 18 offices for lease, totalling 2,500sq ft.

The complex is situated on IFC's expansive 550,000sq ft ramp. All tenants enjoy preferred charter, fuel and maintenance pricing, in addition to IFC's professional, reliable and secure operations.

The FBO is hosting a hard hat tour of the property on 13 December; a tour can be scheduled, or preleasing inquired about, by contacting IFC at properties@ifcmiami.com.

The hangar complex is the first of a two-phase development plan. The final phase will bring a chic, two storey FBO terminal to Miami Executive in the latter half of 2024.

As an Avfuel-branded FBO, pilots enjoy competitive prices with Avfuel Contract Fuel, streamlined payments with the Avfuel Pro Card and lucrative rewards with AVTRIP.
