Oak Creek is home to shiny new Proserv HQ
Proserv Aviation will have immediate access to repair and recalibration of Ram Air Turbine tools up through A380 and Boeing 787, aircraft jacks, GPUs, HPUs and CPUs, among other services.
The move also brings service partner GSE America in-house, providing instantaneous repair capabilities.

Proserv Aviation is opening a new corporate headquarters in Oak Creek, Wisconsin this September. A global distributor of aircraft parts, Proserv has been deploying extensive capital into strategic rotable pools, expendables and ground support equipment backed by decades of experience and industry knowledge.

Currently operating from several facilities around the Milwaukee area, Proserv's new location will consolidate its footprint into a single 40,000 sq ft distribution hub with further expansion abilities. The site is located within a growing industrial park 16 miles from central Milwaukee. The new facility offers logistical improvements, including proximity to major transportation routes and additional loading docks, as well as increased parking and manoeuvrability for service fleets and delivery vehicles.

“Proserv has been expanding rapidly, especially in the past two years, creating a meaningful catalogue of products from a collection of inventory,” says Mike Miner, managing director of Proserv Aviation. “The move has been in progress for a while, and I'm thrilled to grow our team with better resources.”

Proserv contributed custom design for the space, allowing the company to plan more effective operations and create a modern workspace for the team. From a fully stocked industrial-sized refrigerator to a private shower, the upgraded amenities are designed to foster a conducive work environment while providing a welcome space for customers, vendors and new top-talent hires.

The move also brings service partner GSE America in-house, providing instantaneous repair capabilities. Proserv Aviation will have immediate access to repair and recalibration of Ram Air Turbine tools up through A380 and Boeing 787, aircraft jacks, GPUs, HPUs and CPUs, among other services.

“Investing in the new facility is just one step toward Proserv's ongoing commitment to quality products, services and employee investment,” Miner continues. “We couldn't have grown as quickly without the continued efforts of our team. The enhanced capabilities of this facility will give employees the resources they need to build runway for continued success in the industry. Our goal is to strengthen stocked product offerings and approach lightning-fast dispatch.”

The new facility is located at 10551 South Oakview Parkway in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.

Proserv Aviation provides aviation aftermarket support, utilising an extensive inventory of 13,000 products for aircraft including Bombardier, Cessna, Embraer, Gulfstream, Hawker and more. Proserv Aviation provides expeditious, recertified components, exchange and outright to reduce customer downtime. Proserv Aviation is an authorised stocking distributor for Tronair, Inc. and Unitron Power Systems.
