Trotter to run flight management ops at IWA
Algernon Trotter will channel his deep understanding of operational excellence, fractional programmes and leading charter operators into overseeing all ongoing flight management operations at IWA.

UK-based private aviation advisor IWA has named Algernon Trotter as flight director, to focus on overseeing all flight management operations.

Trotter joins from Air Hamburg where he worked for nine years, most recently serving as vice president of sales. Over the course of his career he has been responsible for strategic acquisitions, operational development and administering overall sales strategy.

Trotter says: “I am delighted to be joining IWA as flight director, a new position that recognises IWA's leading position within the private aviation market. IWA prides itself on its unique, independent, client-tailored approach, and I look forward to bringing my experience to the team, to grow and enhance the flight experience with exceptional levels of service that only IWA can achieve.”

As a former strategic advisor to Air Hamburg's primary aircraft investors, as well as the key relationship holder for the majority of its largest accounts, Trotter brings a level of expertise that will allow IWA to shift into a new stage of development. The appointment represents IWA's commitment to providing its clients with industry knowledge and expertise of the highest order, and provides a single point of contact for clients for all their private aviation needs.

IWA co-founder Emily Williams says: “As both individuals and corporations turn to us more than ever in search of bespoke private aviation solutions, IWA is moving into a new stage of development and we are delighted to welcome Algernon and his breadth of experience to the family.”
