Why visit ACE ’25?
Pan Europeenne Air Service has signed a letter of intent for four ERA electric-thrust regional aircraft in nine and 19-seat versions with Aura Aero.
Pan Europeenne Air Service is a French aircraft operator based in Chambéry and Lyon, specialising for almost 50 years in executive transport. The airline operates five Embraer aircraft, three Phenoms, one EMB135 and an EMB145, on a medium-haul European network.
Co-managers and owners Antoine Foessel and Clément Jacquot say: “We are very happy to have found an eco-responsible aircraft that meets our vision of the future of aviation. As young business owners, it is essential for us to prepare the ecological transition of our sector. After several months of research, it seemed obvious for us to choose a hybrid aircraft. The type of flight we carry out today and the reliability of Aura Aero led us to select the ERA for the renewal of our fleet. We are proud to be among the pioneers in transporting passengers aboard this new generation of aircraft.”
With first entries into commercial service planned before 2030, the ERA already has an order book of more than 300 aircraft under letters of intent.
Aura Aero CCO Gwenola Robert adds: “We are very proud that Pan Europeenne Air Service has chosen ERA to decarbonise its operations in France and Europe. We are convinced that this aircraft, economic and low carbon, will bring a sustainable solution to executive transport.”
