NHV Côte d'Ivoire (NHV), a division of NHV Group, the Belgian headquartered B-to-B helicopter services provider, has been awarded a contract from oil and gas company CNR International Côte d'Ivoire to supply helicopter services in support of its offshore operations in Ivory Coast. The contract began on 1 June and will run for a period of five years.
NHV will provide helicopter transportation services to support CNR's operations offshore at the Espoir field and the Baobab field, including scheduled crew changes, transportation of passengers and goods, unscheduled ad hoc flights and emergency cover.
To provide these services, NHV will operate two AW169 helicopters instead of the previously used Dauphin N3 helicopter. Innovation is key at NHV Group, so it wants to operate with a modern fleet to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. These helicopters are specifically designed for offshore operations and will allow NHV to provide safe and reliable transportation services to CNR's operations in Ivory Coast.
“NHV has been delivering helicopter services in Côte d'Ivoire for CNR since 2014, and we are delighted to continue to provide it with our helicopter services according to its needs. This is the third type of helicopter we have provided,” says NHV Côte d'Ivoire managing director, Agathe Dona-Fologo. “Our team is dedicated to providing safe and reliable transportation to our clients, and we look forward to supporting CNR's offshore operations in Abidjan for the next five plus years.”
The award of this new contract highlights NHV Côte d'Ivoire's commitment to providing high-quality helicopter services to its clients in west Africa.
