Euro Jet, a leading provider of ground support services in Europe and Asia, is proud to celebrate 15 years of growth, partnership and looking ahead to the future. At the upcoming European Business Aviation Conference and Exhibition (EBACE) in Geneva, Switzerland this May 23-25, 2023, the company will proudly represent its network of local aviation professionals who strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience every day at over 200 airports across Europe and Asia.

Since its inception in 2008, Euro Jet has expanded its reach on a global scale and increased the variety of services offered. Euro Jet currently has over 200 staff spanning 30 countries, with teams on-the-ground that are all fluent in English and have obtained NATA Safety 1st certification. This summer, Euro Jet expects traffic in the Balkan countries to return to sustainable levels and is ready as ever to assist with navigating all the rules and requirements, in addition to ensuring that all requests for permits, parking, catering and crew logistics are handled with the utmost priority.

Euro Jet's ground support network includes 17 VIP crew lounges and offices at its busiest airports. In April of this year, Euro Jet opened a brand-new complimentary crew lounge at Prague's Vaclav Havel Airport. In addition to the lounge, Euro Jet also has a heated hangar, ground handling equipment and vehicles for crew and passenger transport. On the opposite end of its core region, Euro Jet has teams on the ground in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan that serve as quality tech stops for aircraft headed to and from Asia. Over the past five years, Euro Jet has also developed a local presence and a network of reliable partners across Latin America.

Over the past 15 years, Euro Jet has shown strength and resilience with its ability to overcome numerous challenges and increase its operation despite crises such as the recent Covid-19 pandemic. The company's on-the-ground teams of local agents have provided access to up-to-date information and unparalleled flexibility, allowing Euro Jet to react swiftly to any situation. This was especially evident at the beginning of 2022 when Euro Jet's teams in Poland and Romania could without delay handle a significant increase in movements due to the geopolitical situation in the region.

Euro Jet has also established an airport database for emergency landings and represents some of the world's largest airlines and militaries with its diversion management programme. Euro Jet also offers a flight riding programme, where a dedicated staff member travels on board a flight and assists with check-in and in-flight supervision.

Euro Jet's CEO Charlie Bodnar says: “If we have a look at what the number of years signify in a human life, Euro Jet is no longer in its childhood stage. We have grown, have a solid track record in the aviation industry and are reliable partners. We are now teenagers on an exciting path to adulthood; full of life, energy and ready for whatever comes next. We will continue to learn, adjust to change, grow and succeed.”

With its operations centre based out of Prague, Czech Republic, Euro Jet provides the added service of supervisory agents that are based at over 200 airports in a geographic area that starts in the Czech Republic and covers the regions of the Balkans, Baltics, the Commonwealth of Independent States (or CIS as it more commonly known), in addition to Pakistan. Euro Jet can support nearly every aspect of a flight operation. This includes coordinating all handling arrangements with the airport authority and or local handling company, organising permits, setting-up fuel, fulfilling crew logistical needs that includes hotel and transportation, and assisting with VIP catering. Euro Jet also offers credit to qualifying customers.
