With the latest airframe and battery approval from the FAA, MEC can perform Global 7500 scheduled maintenance up to 24 month check, aircraft batteries and aircraft nose/main wheel assembly maintenance.
With more Bombardier Global 7500 deliveries in the APAC region, MEC will continue to invest in maintenance and parking services for the Global 7500 product line.

Philippines-based MRO station Metrojet Engineering Clark (MEC) has recently received its certification from the FAA to work on the airframe, aircraft batteries and aircraft wheel assemblies of the Bombardier Global 7500.

MEC obtained the wheel assembly capability in June 2022. With the latest airframe and battery approval it is now able to perform Global 7500 scheduled maintenance up to the 24 month check, along with aircraft batteries and aircraft nose/main wheel assembly maintenance.

MEC currently operates a 7,100 sqm hangar at Clark International airport providing both hangar and ramp parking and a fully authorised repair station with approvals from the Civil Aviation Authority of The Philippines (CAAP), the FAA, the Cayman Islands CAA, the Qatar QCAA, the Isle of Man CAA and the San Marino CAA.
