Jet Access to expand corporate aviation operations at Dallas
Once construction on the Dallas Executive airport site is completed, Jet Access will lease the facilities for maintenance and FBO operations, bringing jobs for maintenance technicians and support for aircraft owners.

Dallas Executive airport, Texas-based FBO Jet Access has unveiled plans to expand its business aviation operations through a partnership with local developer Burchfield & Partners and the City of Dallas. They have begun construction on an 80,000 sq ft corporate aviation FBO complex and MRO facility on the southwestern side of the airport. Jet Access will lease the facilities for maintenance and FBO operations.

“We are grateful for our partnership with Burchfield & Partners and the City of Dallas on the construction of this business aviation facility that will serve the private and general aviation community in and around Dallas,” says Jet Access CEO Quinn Ricker. “Expanding our maintenance and FBO operations in Dallas will bring high-paying jobs for skilled maintenance technicians and provide support for aircraft owners and corporations who rely on business aviation.”

The project will include two corporate hangar buildings that will feature a new FBO terminal, corporate aviation hangars, full-scale maintenance facility, Class A offices, conference rooms, pilot lounge/theatre room, sleep rooms and a kitchenette. The project will take approximately 14 months for construction.

In addition to FBO services, Jet Access will provide the following full-service maintenance operations:

- Major and minor structural repairs and modifications

- Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance

- Engine maintenance, repair and overhaul

- Avionics installations, repair and upgrades

- Wi-fi and inflight cabin entertainment

- Pre-purchase inspections

- AD and SB compliance

- Engineering and STC development

- AOG and mobile maintenance

- Factory approved upgrades and enhancements

- Parts procurement and support

- Structure and sheetmetal repair

- Paint and composite repair

Jet Access operates multiple FAA approved Part 145 aircraft repair facilities that have expertise in aircraft sized from piston, single engine aircraft to mid and large-cabin jets.

Headquartered in Indianapolis, Jet Access employs nearly 400 aviation professionals and operates 10 FBOs in four states. It is the 10th largest Part 135 private jet operator in the US and the only wholly integrated, full-service private aviation enterprise in the country.
